Maccabi Tel Aviv F.C. is an Israeli football (soccer) club, part of the Maccabi Tel Aviv sports club. Maccabi Tel Aviv is one of the most senior clubs in Israeli football.
It is the most decorated club in Israeli football history with 19 championships, 22 national cups, 2 Asian Champions Cups and 2 Toto cups. Seven times Maccabi won the championship and the cup in the same season ("double"). Maccabi Tel Aviv is the only team in Israel which never played in the second league. Maccabi has always played in the Premier League.
