FC Argeş Piteşti is a Romanian professional football club from Piteşti, Argeş county. Argeş was one of the most successful Romanian clubs in the 1970s, when it twice won the national championship; in 1972 and 1979, and finished twice as runner-up. The club has yet to win the Romanian Cup competition.
